Experience

Kevin Longest conducts facade assessments, water leakage investigations, design peer reviews, and condition surveys, and prepares drawings for structural and architectural repairs. His expertise encompasses the inspection and investigation of building facades, exterior wall assemblies, and fenestration systems. Mr. Longest provides these services for various building types, including hospitals, universities, high-rise condominiums, hotels, and office buildings.

Mr. Longest possesses knowledge in the evaluation, detailing, construction, and performance of various building enclosure materials, components, and systems, including window, curtain wall, and skylight systems. He also has experience in masonry, stucco, EIFS, concrete, and architectural metal panel wall systems; self-adhering and fluid-applied air barrier membranes; and roofing and waterproofing systems.
